The second one has now an important place in the gastronomic scene in Novi Ligure, especially thanks to the excellent variants of farinata, like the one with the bianchetti (the famous "gianchetti", small fish available depending on the season) or the one with the green onions, with a stronger flavour, in addition to focaccia with cheese, following the Ligurian / Piedmontese tradition.
